The rooms are currently available starting at a discounted rate of $259.00 + taxes and fees for our Deluxe Room 1 King. Additional room types and rates are available and listed on the booking link.   

Please note that the above rates are based on overall hotel occupancy because this is a courtesy room block and they are subject to change, so please secure your room as early possible. Should hotel availability decrease, the best available rate will be quoted to their guests. 

Check in & Check out Times

Check in: 4pm 

Check out: 11am 

*Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time; however, early check-in is never guaranteed. To guarantee a room prior to 4:00pm, guests must book their room the day prior to arrival. Requests to retain rooms beyond the standard check-out time should be directed to the Front Desk at time of check-in. Should it be possible to extend, a late departure charge may be applicable. 

Billing

To arrange payment for a guest’s room, please advise us at least three (3) days in advance of their arrival. 

Currently, all guests will be responsible for their individual charges, which will be billed to the credit card presented at check-in. 

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night penalty.  

Photography Policy

To protect our guests’ privacy and experience, we do not allow professional photography in our lobby or public spaces. Our only exception is for those who are hosting their events at the hotel. 

Room Deliveries

To arrange a gift delivery for your guests, please inform us at least three (3) days in advance. 

A fee of $5.00 per bag applies to non-personalized gifts, and $7.00 per bag for personalized gifts. 

Room Cutoff Date

We kindly urge you to advise your guests to make their room reservations by Friday, October 16th, 2026. Please note that both room types and rates are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
